"Andy's relaxed yet sometime provocative style is a welcome change from many trainers and he has a great grasp of the material. I wholeheartedly reccommend it to anyone who wishes to be more effective in their change work and it has to be the best value training I have ever attended."

What Is Integral Eye Movement Therapy?

Integral Eye Movement Therapy is a brief therapy that utilises the application of neurological principles in order to generate rapid change in the area of undesired neurological imprints.

The I.E.M. therapy model answers the question, "How did the client learn to feel this way, about that thing?" and applies specific change at the right neuro-logical level.

For example, one of our clients reported that whenever he tried to succeed in any part of his life he automatically "felt like a loser" (Emotional Imprint) before he even attempted any aspect of success. "I am a loser" (Identity Imprint and belief) he told us.

Utilising the I.E.M. Therapy protocols, the imprinting experiences for these emotions and the beliefs that maintained the client's "loser" identity were rapidly located and re-imprinting with a more positive experience was enabled.

By building resources inside the problem state, I.E.M. Therapy brings the client more into the present and enables the client to stay out of past negative experiences permanently.

For the practitioner, IEM Therapy is about precise calibration. Unlike other treatments involving eye movements, with I.E.M. Therapy the eye movements are not random nor simply a repetitive left and right movement in the hope that change will occur. The training provides the tools for the practitioner to precisely calibrate which axis through which to move the eyes enabling change work to occur with precision and a remarkable speed.

The "Identity and Linguistics" module teaches how to identify the behavioural and psychological patterns that are common to clients who appear to have a "resistant" problem that has defied all previous change work. Often with these clients, we can find that their therapist has been trying the right approach, but usually applying at an inappropriate level within the client's model of identity.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy is not a grand unified theory of therapy, but is a complete model. I.E.M. Therapy provides an excellent remedial tool for emotional change and a generative tool for identity change. Thus I.E.M.T. enables excellent results where previously a good outcome might have appeared improbable.
